The first memory I have of writing letters is sending thank you cards, which I still do today. This quickly grew into me writing and collecting cards for every occasion. I'm very sentimental and have saved many cards I have personally received over the years. Some of my most meaningful letters I have are the ones I have from my husband. We met almost a decade ago at a summer camp where we were both counselors. Since the first summer we met, we have written to each other. We have written letters, cards and notes — and both save everything the other person has written. There is truly nothing more special to me than opening my box of letters from him and being able to look back at what he has written over the years. I treasure being able to look back and see when he was thinking of me as well as his handwriting. My career spans from Idaho to Boston to New York City, where I’ve worked as a teacher and as a real estate agent, among other things. Regardless of where I was or what I was doing though, I always found a part-time job at a stationery or gift store (where, inevitably, most of my paycheck would go right back into the store)! Now, living in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, I’m bringing O’Toole’s Paper & Products to life.
