How long will it take for my order to process?
Orders from O’Toole’s Paper & Products are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders ship from Bozeman, Montana. Please allow additional time for orders to be processed & shipped during the holidays.

What is your return policy?
O’Toole’s Paper & Products accepts returns within 30 days of the receipt for a full refund as long as the item is unused, still in the original packaging and not damaged. You will also need the receipt as proof of your purchase.
Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Yes. O’Toole’s Paper & Products will not be responsible for any of the cost to ship items back to O’Toole’s Paper & Products. The cost of the return is solely on the customer.

No. Sale items are final sale and are not able to be returned.
